The video is a excellent choice for beginners. The instructors were on point for the beginner and showed techniques that were workable. I really enjoy my video.

Short video, very few moves taught
I bought the video to learn more moves, but it has a very short instruction section. It has a warm up, a section with a couple moves taught and a workout section. I wasn't looking for a regular workout, I wanted a workout on the pole by learning more moves and techniques.

WTF?!?!
I am PISSED I HAD to give this video a star, ICK!! I purchased this video, honestly, because I was being cheap! And when being cheap you know the saying, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!" OMG this video has to be a damn JOKE! The instructor goes through each move really fast, spending only about LITERALLY 1 minute per move, and the audio quality is HORRIFIC so you barely understand what she is saying!!! I am TRULY a beginner, meaning I have never been on a pole until now and I would NOT recommend this pole to a beginner! The only move I learned was a knee spin (unsure of name.) This video does nothing but sit in my DVD player, and I only remember I have it when I turn on the DVD player to watch something else! I just paid the $32 to get a Jamilla Deville DVD so I could REALLY learn moves.. Do NOT buy or you will be disappointed!!! ICK!!!
