The One True Faith: The Reformation



Reformation or Revolt?
Michael Voris is right on once again. What happened in the 16th century was simply at the heart of this movement a revolt against the authority of God to teach His truth as He deems appropriate. The Protestant Revolt replaced God's teachings on faith and morals, with many of man's teachings on faith and morals. It rejected the priesthood established by Christ, such that none of the thousands of ecclesial communities that sprung from this rejection of God's authority, can even be rightfully called a "Church" in the proper sense, lacking any authority handed down from the Apostles. Unlike God's Catholic Church in which Jesus promised the gates of Hell would never prevail, the gates of Hell prevailed in the very formation of Protestantism by being built on grave anti-Biblical errors such as the "Bible alone" is the rule of faith, and "Salvation by Faith Alone". Both of these pillars of Protestantism are not only unBiblical, but anti-Scriptural. The smoke of the opposer has obscured...
